Are movie theaters open?
No.  We are not operating as a traditional theater.  The public cannot just walk in and purchase a ticket for a movie.  Customers can reserve rooms for a private screening, which is provided in accordance with NYS health and safety guidelines.  We look forward to the governor’s office providing guidelines so that movie theaters can reopen.
Can I bring my own snacks or drinks to the show?

Bringing in outside food or drink is prohibited.  Concession sales are important for the theater to continue operations and we have made every effort to offer quality concessions at a reasonable price.  Many of our concession items are half the price of those offered by larger theater chains.  If you have specific requests or ideas for other concession offerings please let use know.

Can I choose a different movie for my group than what is being offered?

We can offer a conventional private screening where you choose a film to show your group.  Please call or email us for more information as there are longer lead times and higher minimum ticket counts for this option.

Can I reserve a theater for a birthday or event?

Yes.  We offer a special room rental package that is perfect for birthdays or small group events.  Our package includes the use of our equipment, extra time to setup and take down your event, and FREE POPCORN!  Call or email for details.

Do I need to social distance in the theater?

We are following the recommended guidelines put out by the NYS development corporation and the CDC for covid prevention.   The general recommendation is to keep two seats between families or groups and to keep theaters at 50% capacity or less.  Our smallest theater seats 125 and so we will always be well below capacity with plenty of space for social distancing.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Masks are required when entering the theater and when using the common area of the theater.  However, once seated you can remove your mask.

Do you offer hearing assistance?

We do not currently have hearing assistance.  We are currently looking into adding this feature and will update this question when it becomes available.

How do I pay for a private screening?

Private screenings can be paid for when you arrive for the show.  Tickets can be purchase individually by each member of the group, or they can all be purchased at once in one transaction.  We accept cash, Visa, Master, Discover as well as Apple or Google mobile payments.

How far in advance to I need to schedule a private screening

It depends on the movie.  Some films will be available for same day or next day scheduling, others will need 48 hour notice.  Also, certain films will only be available for a limited time.  This is dictated by the movie studios.  Check the homepage for detailed information on the film availability each week.

Is Your HVAC System COVID Compliant?

There are not currently specific requirements for HVAC systems, but we have individual HVAC units for each of our theaters, so air is not mixed between groups.  Our units have been recently serviced with new industry standard filters installed.

What if I have less than 4 people?

You need to purchase at least 4 tickets at $7 each to have a private screening.   While we would prefer you bring 4 or more people, as long as you pay the $28 you can schedule a screening.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

There are currently not any penalties for canceling or rescheduling a reservation.  We would ask that you give 24-48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule as we plan our staffing around the scheduled shows reservations.

Will other groups be in the same theater as my group?

No.  When you schedule to see a movie your group will have the entire theater to yourselves.  Each theater has its own HVAC system and we follow CDC and local guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing our facility.
