We are proud to announce the opening of our newly renovated Private Event Room! Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, graduation, or other special event, we would love to have you celebrate at the movies with us!
We are currently only accepting reservations online. This is for a maximum of 25 people. If you have more than 25 please send us an email or call 607-753-6300.
Below, you can find more information on the different options for booking our private event room and the group pricing for concessions while enjoying the space.
General Rental Pricing

Option 1: Rent the private auditorium and bring your own movie!
- Booked online on an availability basis.
- $200 for the room only.
- Max 25 guests. 20 auditorium chairs, 8 folding chairs, and 2 folding tables are provided in the auditorium.
- Bring your own DVD, laptop, or gaming system to stream from.
- Compatible Devices (Tested): Windows Laptops, Mac laptops (with adjustments to the display), Nintendo Switch, Xbox, PS4
- 3.5 Hours (Set up and tear down must be done in this time frame).
Option 2: Rent the private auditorium and choose a movie currently running at the theater!
- Booked online on an availability basis.
- $200 for the auditorium + $3/person to cover the movie cost for the private auditorium.
- Max 25 guests. 20 auditorium chairs, 8 folding chairs, and 2 folding tables are provided in the auditorium.
- Choose one of the current movies playing at the theater.
- 3.5 Hours (Set up and tear down must be done in this time frame).
Concession Pricing: Purchased in group bundles or by the item at the current prices.
- Popcorn with group pricing (or regular pricing).
- Group: $40 for up to 15 people, $70 for up to 25 people
- Soda with group pricing (or regular pricing)
- Pitchers of soda(max of 4 pitchers at a time) $12/pitcher + 1 free refill
- On tap: $100 for up to 25 people
